In this weekly 25-minute guided meditation we’ll set weekly intentions grounded in gratitude this Sunday evening meditation will prep your mind, body and spirit for the upcoming week.

No props or tools needed. Headphones are ideal as this is an auditory experience (closed eyes are the recommendation).
