This past fall I was honored to be selected as one of the cast members on an amazing daily fitness show, DailyBurn365.
What's in the DailyBurn 365 daily show?
The foundation of the show is a 30-minute, full-body workout that aims to help you move better, feel better, and live a healthy lifestyle. No equipment needed! You'll also get to know the trainers and class participants, such as myself, in segments before and after the workout, where we'll conduct interviews, answer your questions, and share tips for healthy living.
How has it impacted my life?
Upon the first day of filming I was introduced to an amazing team of people that worked tirelessly to create the most amazing sense of community. From the executive producers, to the host, JD, to the styling team, I was blown away by the feeling of connectedness.
What physical changes have I noticed?
Normally I workout three to four times weekly usually moving between HIIT training, Barre, Rowing and Pilates. When starting with DailyBurn I completed workouts five to six times weekly and saw improvements in my overall tone and flexibility after only a month of DailyBurn workouts.
Would I recommend DailyBurn?
Oh. My. Goodness. YES! I think that having the ability to work out in the comfort of your living room takes the logistics out of an already challenging process of making time for a great workout in a busy life. On top of that you don't need any equipment, unless you want to add in free weights.
